Whats being shown is various scenarios of neighborhoods with parents and the young kids.One moment they are with there kids and the next moment they turn around their kids are death its like a parade of police ambulance and funeral cars full of children.

What makes this PSA memorable is the children the song in the back ground make a very big inpact also it makes you look at the truth of whats happening.
